If it's the real shareholders, then as far as I am aware everyone is up for the deal, bar John Minards. Who may infarct be up for the takeover but on his terms.

They don't hold voting shares. They will stay members.

Why not just let the people who know what they are doing on both sides, with lawyers and accountants, sort it out.

The title of the thread is takeover updates and it seems updates are not available at present.
Four weeks have come and gone so some sort of statement would either confirm or rubbish things, unless some solid evidence cane be made available

Just letting the deal to Pearman .
didnt happen. this was brought about democratically from memoury
proposed by Rodey Walker and from memoury seconded by Hinchcliff ? at a Agm then voted upon .As all the shares had equal voting as Ted allways said.
If these shares had been issued along the same lines how many more shares
would have been sold Salford. style
and not this bogus share issue

The people handing their money over, knew exactly why (I hope) and so did the club accepting their hard earned. I'm sure that any shareholder who was not happy, would have been given their money back.
