Who's had 12 points? Bradford broke the rules and went into admin TWICE. You lost points, said you would abide by the review outcome and still won't play ball. The RFL have bent over backwards to help you by buying your ground and giving you secret loans but you still want to take them to court. Unbelievable.

Think the zero points were due to a CVA being placed on the club in 2000 that we didn't come out of til 2003.
So in theory, we didn't go bust and Super League Europe and the RFL were happy with the payments we made.
At least we make payments and not cry foul when points are deducted.
How's the 'Odsal Super Dome' coming along?

I would think the legal team at the bulls think they have a case, so why not take it further. If that results in the RFL having egg on the face all the better. The whole episodes been handled badly, by both the RFL and Bradford.
I feel sure they will be unable to get the points in the bag to remain in SL and the whole case will disappear.
Its strange that a club that was on a crest of a wave, and a club looked up to by many during the introduction of SL, will now fight against a structure it lived for not that long ago.
I got sick of the sight of bull stickers in the rear windows of cars in the wakey area during the early years of SL, and Im sure that that was the case in Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax etc.They had no regard for the game in general in their selfish development. They gave crazy contracts to local junior amateur players only to ditch them .
Anyway good luck to them, pretty sure they will get what they deserve, what goes round comes round and all that

Was there a points deduction applicable for a CVA?

It could've been four points for Bradford had either of the three owners paid a portion of the creditors. As for the fine well the Bulls already had the additional £1.2m in the run up to the initial administration. Still it was a known that Bradford would be without half of the funding for two seasons but chose to spend as though they were getting the full amount. 2013 was a non relegation year so a cobbled together squad with youngsters and misfits would've sufficed whilst being without full funding.

Points deductions hadn't been established as the precedent for an Insolvency event at the time of our first Problem, which was a CVA not Administration. We got 4points for the Administration because we voluntarily paid a significant amount of the previous regimes debts to their creditors.

Maybe if the cashed up Marc Green did the right thing by the poor Bradford businesses, that have been mugged twice by the Bulls, then maybe you'd have got at least two of your points back!

No sympathy!

I'd relegate the Bulls down to Championship One!

Can't we just hold the conversation until Bradford win more games than us.
The Bradford supporters can come back then and blame us for whatever they like.

If we get two more wins it'll be immaterial, even if Bradford get six points back, they have a really hard run in, in my opinion.

They didn't have to go into admin, they could have 'released'/ 'sold' some players well before the season got underway.
A bit like another club did to pay off debts and creditors!
