It's an issue that through the usual poor planning of the club, we have yet again lost valuable revenue and advertising through not being broadcast.
Huddersfield did have concerns, but they were balanced by them just wanting to play the game so they didn't end up with too many games in hand later in the season.
But after the game said they were in pretty good shape. This re-enforced by a passed inspection. Effectively the club are getting negative press for a pitch that has in 2 inspections and in last game served its purpose and has been deemed to meet standards.
If it doesn’t pass then fine but if it does (again) then the only thing that’s achieved it’s trinity getting more media bashing for a pitch deemed fit for purpose by a credible inspection company.
All the dramatics and negative press trinity got for the pitch from media pre Hudds game for it to be played and with no reported issues. Where was the apology for all the negative press the club took in the run up? Nowhere. The club took it.
Now again the media and everyone are piling on. So if it passes again and no issues happen again as expected then whst?
