Much as I liked Mariano when he was at Wakefield he would not have been the type of player suited to our struggles this year. The treatment table at least and possibly an exit would've been his idea of how to tackle a season like 2015.

The myth about Mariano being lazy is still going strong I see. If our players this season had been even close to as lazy we may have won a few more games.

Not so much lazy just that he went missing when the going got tough in games. And was told this from someone I wouldn't question.

I have heard Martin Ridyard from more than a few now, not sure what I think about that - Lack of quality half's out there but should we be aiming higher?

Also I would take BJB for the fullback spot next season if (As rumored) he is on his way out of Salford.

Not a myth. I to was told this by people who know way more than I do. He's not a bad player but the original point stands in that he probably isn't the player we need.

As was I - by someone who would definitely be in a position to know; plenty of ability, but a lack of ticker when it came to the tough stuff.

I've seen Pomeroy mentioned a few times but I am sure he has a criminal conviction for assault or some such offence so I doubt he would get a visa unless things have relaxed in relation to this over the last couple of years.

Edit-just seen charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.

Would be a cracking signing if we could bring him in.
