Quite right, that's me put in my place by the morality police! Well, a few weeks ago I wondered why we had signed Hewitt for 2 weeks, and you replied with.....he's been signed in order to not play Proctor injured. After thinking long and hard just how to reply to that, I just didn't bother. So as the seeker of truth and justice on here, could you tell me please which member of the coaching staff told you this? You seem very quick to take the high ground with anyone who 'makes things up.' Maybe i'm just p****d off with everything right now at the club, we can't get the stand finished without the politics that go with it, there's nothing at the club on or off the field without a seeming conspiracy, agenda, some hidden motive by someone, it's all one big mess and seriously depressing. I've been a fan for over 30 years, and yeah we've had to put up with mainly crap, but it never felt as bad as this. It's like the club is just slowly being swallowed up by some great big black hole......

Yep, you're right I shouldn't have criticised, by and large the people who come on here, are fair, decent and care about the club. It's just you wonder about some people's motives sometimes......like I've just said on another thread, it's just all very depressing at the mo, and you question yourself, or I do, why bother anymore!!

I'm not sure what any of that is to do with being on social media.
Anything I posted about Hewitt would have been from a quote on the media outlets. Can't remember what I said but it sounds reasonable.

The rest I get. Its a mess. It has been for a long time.

The Ellis interest is very real and and offer is a long way down the line however there are some sticking points.
The council load repayments are a lot higher than anticipated by Ellis and he struggles to see how the club would afford them in the Championship without them being paid by directors/owners. Taking on the debt isn't an issue in itself but paying for it if we go down is.
The new stand is set up to run under a separate company to the actual club, a bit like a Stadium Management Company. Carter is wanting to remain in control of this and charge to club itself rent to be able to use it. Now I always understood that the club owned the land and everything on top of the land so I am not sure how it works or even if it is true but I do trust my source.
The final sticking point is Directors Loans. The small shareholders are happy to sell without recuperating their money however Carter wants his loans paying back in full despite what he has said in the past.

And people think Sir Rodney Walker was the villain!

So even though the person posting it says they don't understand it, and others have posted to show some of it can't be true......and no one can explain how Carter is supposed to be making money in this conspiracy, you think you've identified the villain??
