I'll tell you what happened as it happened 20 yards in front of me , a kick in the air over the goal line , knock back by a Leigh player with Drinkwater getting his hand on it as it hit the floor , could have gone either way , ref called it a 20 restart , BJB picks it up , runs into Tickle who is turning to get onside , BJB throws himself to the floor like a premier primadonna , then gets up smiling as Tickle gets to the dug outs
And yes it might well have cost us the game'"

| Gawd, we threw Leigh a couple of scruffy howlers in that game, the Grix fumble and comedy of errors and Kirmonds simple catch cock-up were just annoying and probably best swept under the carpet where they belong..lol
Speaking of sweeping up, you'd have thought they'd have had a belt round with the vac before taking on a top six team, all that 5h1te under the posts made it look a right 5h1t tip.

Dirtiest team I have seen in a long time, if that Acton concentrated on playing he would be a great player he sedms to like being the third in dishing it out hecwas a disgrace today I can seee why Leigh are up before the RFL on a regular basis

Unlike your opinion based on what somebody else wearing equally white tinted lenses told you
And I was actually a lot closer than they were for many of the incidents |

That's how I thought I saw it, but would have to see it again. The 'chicken wing' tackle was also worth seeing again. (hence on report) The Trinity player was struggling against being tackled (that's his job) and appeared to put his arm round Acton's neck, Acton then used the arm and appeared to swing him to the ground. FWIW I think 'on report' was the right decision. The Tickle/BJB incident required the ref to consult the TJ, and then go back and consult him again. I suspect the TJ was the one who got Tickle binned. |
