We need to learn to score first.

Poor policy from Leeds playing Newman for first half only to nurse his injury, surely he's fit or he isn't.They seemed to loose all momentum second half with him going off.

Obviously thought Cas would be easy beats. Never known a team play a player for only half a game in a competing SL game to get fitness, especially a Centre. Should of played him in reserves. They were abysmal most of the game.

And yet the poorest of those sides today beat us 26-0 last week.....

So now we are basically 2 games behind 11th place - its very close to being a bridge to far already - i actually dont see how we are winning 2 games all season and we are going to need at least 8 -10 to stay up........its almost time to bring the mid season sgining ins - lots of players are not getting a run in the NRL now - lets move now before it is way to late if not already

Gives me real hope watching that drop-athon last night ,that plenty of teams are playing poorly right now, where was that god awful performance when we needed it . Got to say Cas’s enthusiasm got them over the line ,but the skill levels from both team was definitely something we know all too well

Wellll we are already behind the 8 ball aren't we. Hudds were awful and the game was there to be won but we were worse, Leeds weren't much better, but again we were terrible with ball in hand. I've lost count over the last few seasons how many times we have been either level, or 1 score in it at half time, and gone on to lose those games. Obviously we got out of it previously, but it feels different this time sadly

Barring a miracle we ain't gonna win at Salford, so the HKR game is massive. If we don't beat them then we could be cut adrift and we will only be in April!!

Skill levels or not it's nice to see wingers getting chances, you've 2 2 decent centres on Sunday and if you can get Kay linking up your wingers should get their fair share.

Leigh got beat tonight but they still stuck 4 try’s & 20pts on Warrington to add to the 30 they put on HKR and the 20 they put past Sts. My point is they’re not the fodder that newly promoted teams normally are and I can see them getting the 7 wins they’ll need to avoid relegation.

Hull just looked a whole lot better than their big loss to Salford might have suggested they were and Cas seem to be capable of a decent performance.

We really need to get our season started with a win and some decent performances or we’ll very quickly find ourself adrift at the bottom of the league with confidence low and losing becoming a habit. I know some will say “it’s only 4 games” but we’ve now got Salford, HKR and Sts to build some kind of form before we play 2 crucial matches against Castleford and Leigh.
