NO

Usual blinkered argument from both sides, we all need to wait and see IMO.

With a view to full planning permission which will be granted upon completion of architect designs and design brief.

The feasibility study hasn't been published I believe, but has been completed - in fact it was completed last year.

Funding is in place from numerous areas including naming right, sale of the Jungle and another means which can't be said but a few Cas fans know what.

Is that asking Wakefield council to build some sports facilities on the complex or has that rumour been quoshed a while ago.

I don't get this "we've got this we've got that you'll have to share with us " business. I hope we both get stadiums and just concentrate on playing Rugby League and beating each other on the field.

Proposed cas stadium = privately funded development owned by cas and their partners

Proposed Wakefield Stadium = A community complex including stadium and sports science college situated in the middle of the WDMC area providing first class sports facilities for the whole area, run by a community trust funding provided by grants, trust money and sponsership. Trinity have agreed to play there but all clubs in the district RL RU Football can use the complex if they wish with it been a community complex.

Wakefield council will not directly fund any project but will help with planning etc. cas are ahead of us at the momunt as they've had planning permission for the last 2 -3 years and have pictures of the project. The community stadium was only announced a month ago but things are moving fast.

Is all the above as we stand at the moment?

Nearly, Cas will have community facilities in the stadium too though.
