I think I can remember that Stuart Fielden at Odsal was chasing Sampson 70 metres and actually tackled Sampson as he planted the ball over the tryline. I always thought BJ was deceptively fast in 2004, when he made a break it was a try.

yeah i was in the middle of that punch up just remember an old women steward trying to break it up.I think sampson lost that half a yard of pace when he had the ball, mind you i remember michael wainwright somehow getting away from darren albert to score a try with his shorts round his ankles

Shane Tronc was like crap out of a goose going home when brisbane came sniffing around.

fastest runner i recall was Sampson although i recall david jones was very fast but could never side step anything . Andy wilson was also very quick and dont under estimate the speed of brough
