As an aside, I saw what looked like the start of some hoarding around the kitchen shop the other day. Looks like some refit is imminent.

I'll put this in the Shareholder chat but Matt confirmed plans for the old kitchen/house place.
Of the things they are doing that's the first one.

New building for shop, with cafe incorporated into it. Boards have gone up and they are starting straight away.
The designs look really smart.

Possibly bar area backing onto the fan zone but that bit is still at idea stage.

They will shut the store in the Ridings as the rent is way too high and this is a much better option. Especially for game day.
They may do a pop up shop in town depending on the need but I don't think they'll need to.
This one looks amazing.
