Shortlists are out. Really pleased to see both Jowitt and Rodwell in the running, but also that Antony Marion’s been nominated - he doesn’t deserve to win, but he definitely deserves that.

Pratt should be a shoo-in for Young Player of the Year.

And Powell in for coach of the year with Applegarth and Houles - personally feel Applegarth should take that just for the job he’s done (is it 12 wins in 16 games) with far less resources.

I'd imagine that's a clean sweep for us, although wouldn't be surprised to see Mash pick up the coaching awards - especially if York beat Sheffield this weekend. He has done an incredible job.

Newsflash! Sheffield didn't make the playoffs, York play Widnes.

Should be a clean sweep tbf. I have my doubts we would’ve made it to Wembley and finished 13 points above second with either of the two other nominated coaches.

I think our conditioning team and the fact we are full time have had more effect than any coaching.
Applegarth should take the award imho.
