Re: Hull FC Away this week : Wed Aug 09, 2023 2:41 am
As much as Kendall did a poor job of officiating the game , it wasn’t a 42 points poor reffing game ,that was purely down to us being unable to match Hulls power ,pace and skill .Tony Smith did an excellent job on us and his players implemented that to perfection . Never in the game really , too many unforced errors when in a position to threaten the try line . The hospital pass could be renamed the lynne pass as that is exactly what happened when he offloaded to Langi ,the rest is history . Poor effort all round , great support treated to another washout of a game , how on earth we can thump teams one week and get stuffed the next is still haunting the club and has been for a very long time . One thing that is true as a club ,we are consistently inconsistent and it doesn’t look like changing anytime soon . How on earth you grow the fan base with regular performances like that is a real conundrum for the club because even I have thrown the towel in for the Salford game after parting with a kidney to pay for the Hull game £28.00 a pop and treated to a amateurish performance by the team ,enough is enough . I’m sure we’ll come away with the points against Cas ,but performances like like certainly don’t inspire confidence.when will these yo-yo performances end because even for me it’s getting a tad tiresome ,anyway I live in hope
