I noticed that Luppy, it seems either they have some strange terminology or my google translate is broken

He's the coach he lives (or lives) by the results, game plans and structure is down to him, player mistakes and decisions are down to them, but as coach he carries the can. A coaches role should help those players not make the errors and improve them, if they keep on making them one has to ask why.
