That would be great.

No income for clubs from fans
No games to watch for fans
No Sky money for clubs or the RFL

Can't see a problem with that at all.

But as it is at the moment with clubs postponing games left right and centre clubs aren't getting income from fans, no games to watch for fans because clubs are taking the mickey out of the system the rfl as in place so weather we keep playing or not clubs are still missing out financially because how many of these games that have been postponed are gunna get rearranged some clubs have far too many games to sort out in such a short space of time left of the season that some will not get played so clubs will still miss out financially

Its killing the game people looking at other things to do since the lockdown last year. These postponements are not helping I have to say the leadership in RL appears (imho) absolutely rudderless there is zero strategic grip.

I agree. So it would seem a bit silly to throw away the bit of income you do have.

I have no idea how it works but I would assume the furlough scheme would not cover a unilateral suspension of business and I'm assuming it's still in place as it might not be for all I know.

Far more certain is that SKY would demand their money back for unfulfilled fixtures and that would IMHO end some clubs instantly.

Clubs can clearly manipulate the situation, I personally think Salford has been appalling but so long as televised games happen then we are ok.

Morally we should call it a day this season as it is a total farce and it is damaging the game but realistically we can't as ending the season prematurely along with a failed WC, final nails in the coffin IMHO.
