Bye Bye Tronc, never ever have I been so angry with the way a player has conducted himself. I agree with many a poster who suggest his wifes home sick bullpoop is just a front and gives him the ideal opportunity to get a dream move to the biggest club in his home state.

FWIW I think if he was completely honest with the club and the people who pay his wages and said 'this is an opportunity of a lifetime, a boy hood dream' then he would have many peoples respect. The way he has masked his desire to join Brisbane behind reasons that his wife isn't settled is just pure immaturity. For a lad who is 28, 6ft 4 and 115kg(ish) you thought he would be man enough to go about his business in a more respectable manner.

As for you Tronc, not getting personal or anything but im sure the Broncos will release you at the end of the year, you was not in there plans when the Cowboys released you last season and when they return to full fitness you will probably be playing reserve grade. I just hope for your sake that you are retained by them because if you rejoin a team in the ESL you are bound to be the subject of abuse from many a supporter.

On a side note, l also think you are wrong, he was one of the better Props in the 2nd half of last year, and the cowboys did not want to lose him, but had made the decision earlier on.

yes they made a decision and stuck to it , tronc made a decision and went back on it. hope that's not to harsh

Whilst Tronc is a Wakefield Trinity player he will get my support. Sometimes things don't work out but that's life. Everyone makes mistakes but slating the guy isn't the right way in going about it, maybe people should channel their energy in supporting the guy.

hang on you were defending troncs decision some people are angry he went back on his word , deal with this the cowboys had little faith in him so ditched him for another player wakey signed him and he picked up his game possibly due to the confidence installed by the wakey deal. by the time the cowboys released that he was a prospect they did what?... houndered the contracts they already had because that is life.
Brisbane could of had him but they thought more of other players then they lose a couple for the season and in good old salary cap dogging style de-register them to make way for tronc who as dreamt of playing for brisbane until october then if the other 2 players recover there will be no room on the cap for him .
he comes up with some bull crap excuse that blames his wife , what will your feelings be if he signs foe leeds next year?

i hope we never sign another overseas player because since Ray Bexendale came in 81 we have signed so much dross and being let down so many times its unreal I do not no now many we have had but very few were any better than British based players i could name about 12 that have being worth having
