Today I feel honoured and proud to be a Rugby League Supporter, We stood yesterday at Cougar Park paying tribute to Danny, In the hour or so I spent there I saw fans from not only Keighley but Whitehaven, Hunslet, Bradford and Halifax all laying their own tribute to Danny, and from what I have gathered the flowers shirts and tributes have continued to flow. On social media the support by players and fans alike has been over whelming, and now seeing the total money raised so far at 40k in just 24 hours it truly is amazing, I can’t even imagine how hard this is for his family and friends and teammates, but I hope they can get a little comfort from the fact that the Rugby League Family is pulling together and will stand with them at this deeply sad time.
