For anyone interested Wiggo did 54.526km in the hour, dissapointed he didn't look wasted coming off the bike so I don't think it was an all out leave everything on the track effort a la Boardman whom had to be helped off his bike he was so fooked.
Reckon he'll give it another go (despite saying he won't) when the air pressure is lower, maybe cooler too, cost him just over 500metres apparently.
Hutch reckons it won't stand for a year... and the big man is usually bang on with these things
