I'd like to see Dunne stay but not as captain or regular starter. Since it would be something of a humiliation for him to drop down to 3rd or 4th choice it may be better for him to move elsewhere. He would still deserve the title of City's Player of the Decade.

I'm surprised City haven't been linked with Jagielka, he was a City fan as a kid, and is one of the best centre halfs in the county, better than Lescott IMO.

plus he is still a youngster, centre backs usually mature in their mid to late 20's even jocky hansen looked out of his depth when he was young and look how he came on. i really feel that agger is up there with the best of them and i predict that he will become the best in the world.

as regards citeh, once before in the late 70's they splashed out huge sums of money to build a team and still ended up winning all, money alone doesn't build a team you need to have the backroom staff and the right blend of players to be succesful.

I'm not getting my hopes up though. Citeh were 22 points behind Arsenal this season. That is a lot of points to make up in one season, while settling in new players and coping with sides raising their performances against the new big boys.

I'm a massive Skrtel fan. I think he's a complete defender. Agger has immense ability on the ball, but Skrtel's passing isn't shoddy, and he keeps it on the deck more often than not, Agger has much better range, though.



I think in terms of defending, Skrtel is better, he's quicker, stronger and better in the air. They're both good players and it all goes on preference, I guess, I hope they'll be our partnership for the next decade or so.

Thats good news.

Bayern Munich are supposed to be interested in buying Bosingwa, so it's far more likely Chelsea would want Johnson to replace him, rather than compete with him for a place.
