As for this game, can't really look past the draw.
The whole punditry surrounding the tournament has been shocking, not just for football opinion, but the social commentary they have tried to take part in providing, Alan Shearer's trip around a township the other night was the last I'll watch.
There was an article in The Times today about African rivalry (which you wouldn't think existed listening to TV and radio), as it said in there - would England or Germany ever have a goal described as being "for Europe". I work with a Nigerian woman and she has been getting similarly daft comments at work "you must be happy Ghana won" - to which she replied "why I'm not from Ghana" which seemed to shock the person asking.
