yeah a player saying a penalty is a penalty is exactly the same as a player photo shopping the referee into man united kit, and posting it on a social networking site, the two things are virtually identical really.

if you kick someone in the penalty area and they (choose to) fall over, it's a penalty.

it was soft, but he caught his ankle and he belatedly went over - it's a penalty, i'm not saying it's how it should be but it's how it is

Babel didn't photoshop it, it was doing the rounds well before that.

looks like there may well be some contact (not his ankle) at about the 11 / 12 second mark, not the best of angles to definitively prove it either way though...

No contact for me. Agger puts his foot out to catch up with Berbatov, Berbatov sees in the corner of eye his foot move then just falls over, theres no contact though, he doesn't even brush him.
