Heard Bruce Grobelaar talking about it on the radio this morning and how the ball went into the Leppings Lane end and he had to retrieve it - could see people's faces crushed against the fence and he ran over to the ref.

The pics of Kenny Dalglish and Cloughie tell a similar story.

Good documentary on The History Channel at 8pm tonight too apparently - Hillsborough Remembered.

Great documentary on the History Channel.

The look of fear in Kenny's eyes to this day when talking about Hillsborough is shocking. Also Bruce's comments are very honest, i don't know how i would have reacted seeing that happening.

Its good to see that Bruce and the players have no blame with the fans and are willing to put their opinions out to everyone.

It has been very good, and they don't seem to be rushing it according to the schedule either, the program (according to the Sky TV guide) was initially due to finish at 340 and is still going on now

Lets consider some of the good things that have come out of this Disaster.

Then: Hundreds of Ticketless fans turned up and created a mass crush killing 96 people.
Now: Travelling without a ticket is now strongly discouraged. Ticketless fans are now (often) prohibnited from getting so close to the ground. The the Punishment for attempeting to enter a ground without a ticket is now an offence.

Then: At grounds across the country crowds were fenced in like animals.
Now: We have some fantastic stadiums across the country now.

Then: Decisions by the Police led to hundreds of ticketless fans being let into an already packed enclosure.
Now: The Taylor report was a Water shed in polcing of major sporting events!
