I completely disagree, firstly it's not harsh. It is typical Walton, he's a very poor referee and with any nouse about him he would've have clearly seen it was accidental and not a penalty.
Secondly, handball is the one thing penalties are hardly given for these days. The rule has become so complicated ref's tend not to give it to be on the safe side. Take Alex last night, blocked a cross with his hand, his arm was up in the air and probably should've been given as him hand was in an un natural position but it wasn't. You'll see more penalty shouts turned away for handball than given.
