Hodgson in! id rather Berba had just stayed on his feet and put a cross in, the attack was promising. Hope we get 3 or 4 so the pen won't be seen as TOO much of a turning point

There was contact, however minimal, nowhere near the ball so a penalty was right even if it was incredibly soft.
For Gerrard to be giving it the big un about a dive is frankly laughable mind you.

Can't see how he had too much choice with the Red Card TBH ... players are going every week for those sort of challenges ...

So Carrick wasn't 'off the floor'? Was a 50/50 challenge imo. When I see it at half time I might change my mind, but that is my current opinion.
