I think I'm in the minority, but as good as a job as Di Matteo has done this season I still don't think he should get the job permanently. But if we were going to try and get Guardiola then I'd definitely choose Di Matteo instead.

It's not that I think that Guardiola is a bad coach, far from it. I just think that shaping the awesome talents that Barca have into the team they are is something that probably cannot be implemented anywhere else, and it certainly isn't possible at Chelsea. I think he would be a crash and burn failure far worse than Scolari and Villas Boas.

Can't see Guardiola returning to management anytime soon. He'll never achieve anything better than he already has done!

Sounds like when Everton got stitched up by Collina (and UEFA) in 2005......Only Collina got to 'retire' rather than get banned....
