I don't like where Guardiola is going with their side.
Let's be honest here....What does Guardiola actually do with that side??
On a coaching basis, he sends them out onto the pitch, they play what comes naturally to them as individuals, which is pretty patterns and lots of passing, and because they are a talented bunch they usually win, without much need of any expert coaching input.
However, has we have seen for 3 consectutive games, when a bit of coaching expertise is required, they have nothing, no plan B....Guardiola simply stands there pointing and doing basically nothing to help.
Put simply, he's the luckiest man in World football....He has a fantastic team, which more often than not requires little meddling with - It helps hide the fact that he looks very, very average as an actual tactician.

He took his jacket off with 5 minutes remaining what more do you want?
Anyone else think Barca are a bit, one dimensional?
Don't get me wrong they're a great side with great players but, like Arsenal, their tiki-taka philosophy seems to come before the actual objective of the game. They had no plan B whatsoever.
It seemed really tactically naive to not utilise the full width of the pitch when they had a numerical advantage.
Why Guardiola didn't start with Pedro, Fàbregas and Alexis I'll never know. Adriano is a good squad player and the poor lad, Tello looked a bag of nerves. A huge mistake by a manager who yet again showed he lacks an effective plan B.
Right, I'd love for people to explain what the fantastic 'Plan B' is. People talk so much about this mythical thing, but what is it? Most sides have one way of playing, if they aren't favourites, they will pack the midfield and defend.
What is Real Madrid's plan B? What is this second plan of theirs that they go to when the game isn't working? I've seen Barca play 3-4-3, 3-3-4, 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 this season, that's fairly versatile and shows an ability to play something different.
People just bang on about this mythical Plan B, the truth is, there is no such thing as a plan B. When you play every game as favourites you have to play to break the opposition down, Guardiola has shown with his immense success that he and his sides are capable of doing that. This year they didn't, it happens, but people trying to say he's a flawed manager or 'lucky', well, just look at the man before him - Frank Rijkaard - who ended up ruining one of the best sides I've ever seen play; Barca's 2006 team.
So far, we have: Fabio Capello, Rafael Benitez, Carlo Ancelotti, Luiz Felipe Scolari and Arsene Wenger as managers that lack the magical plan B. Yet Jose Mourinho, a man that had tried everything with his Madrid side to beat Barcelona, yet couldn't, is considered to not only have a plan B, but a plan C, D and probably even an E, such is the sheer genius of his work, which is thoroughly proven by his record against Barcelona with Madrid.
Absolutely laughable what some people write on here. This plan B stuff came out when Barca were knocked out by Inter a few years back. A few months later they signed David Villa and everything went silent. Fact is, it's incredibly hard to defend a CL and competing in a league with Real Madrid will always be a challenge. They're a fantastic side that do so much right, they just go through slightly rough patches like all good sides do.
