I think that could be the problem for The Bucs though they are going to be play-off contenders for the next few years if this year is anything to go by but they have the Saints and Falcons in the same division so it makes it much harder in a 3 way battle to reach the play-offs.

True, although I can see New orleans declining (watch them win back to back SB's now )
