Is Ally McCoist on another planet or have I missed something about the Rangers/SFA punishment issue?

McCoist is saying the fact that they cannot sign anyone over 18 for a year will kill the club. Wow. Why does he think Rangers should be able to sign players, when they are in so much debt with such an uncertain future? It's that kind of attitude that got them into so much trouble in the first place.
