How true. We were the second best team when we last beat them 3-1. They were all over us but we had the rub of teh green that day.

I think you are right too regarding playing it tight. There are teams that you simply cannot afford to go gung-ho against. I don't want us to be too cautious though and give United too much respect. We are not yet in a position where we can dictate the games against the top teams. In a year or two maybe, but certainly not now.

I've not seen much of Citeh this season but from what i have see i think they can be got at with pace and Hernandez posses that speed but it depends on what kind of a midfield we can turn out with all the injuries and illness.

In this situatio - 5-0 up from the first leg, fielding a virtual B team against lower division opponents in a match that was only dated 6 days ago and isn't all ticket - I just don't understand why people haven't been snapping these tickets up.

Ah. I always thought Valencia had more supporters than Atletico.

When the wind is blowing in the right direction the Atleti fans come out in numbers. Of the top of my head I'd say that only Valencia and Sevilla have been up and around their attendances over the past few years. Betis had a great following when they were in the top division and of course 'The Cathedral' is regularly full for Athletic Bilbao games.

Why are most moderators so bad at sarcasm?
After reading that I've changed my mind. 493 is a perfectly respectable number of tickets sold for the third (by most indicators) best supported club in La Lliga.

What sarcasm? I am genuinely surprised.

I'd have flown over for such a mammoth clash but presumed it would have been long sold out.
