You know what I mean. Benitez, despite his critics for lack of 'emotion' always galvanised the supporters. Roy has cut a frustrating figure amongst supporters, his constant drivel in the press and general 'mood' has really annoyed us, especially given the way we've played this season. Roy has to motivate the fans to keep them on his side, there are many that don't have any faith in him and rightly so.

Quite frankly I really don't care how the manager comes across to the fans, his moods, his attitude or his drivel in the press. It's results on the pitch that count and that is all that matters to me. Yesterday was something like what I would expect from a Liverpool team (although Chelsea where certainly a bit off the pace). If he can bring results on a football front then ram the rest, that's what he's paid to do
