And so you aim towards the sky,
And you'll rise high today,
Fly away, Far away,
Far from pain....

Do you think you'd be able to accomodate Suarez, Sturridge and new number 10? I can only see this annoying Sturridge to be honest as will be in the same boat he was at Chelsea.

......and will it send Borini into the Anfield transfer Hall of Fame that has recently seen the entrances of Henderson, Carroll, Adam, Downing??.....

It depends. You'd also have to look at Sterling, there is no way he should be left out either, he needs to start every game for me and it could also impact Suso's development. I could see us accomodating them if we were to play a 4231 with Sterling and Suarez out wide, Sturridge down the middle and then a number 10.

Then again, we're also linked with resigning Tom Ince.

Just strikes me as Liverpool panicking again and just buying anyone again. I don't see Sturridge or Ince as being Rodgers usual style of player. Both really selfish, neither particularly adept at passing or respecting possession, both just about pace and better suited to direct play.

Need to be careful with Sterling mate as you don't want him going down the Michael Owen route of too many games at a young age. It wrecked Owen being over used as a teenager.

Fine now. We're not taking it lying down though. We won't stop until we get justice for Robin.

That's true but he's the best winger we have and one of the hottest talents in Europe, we have no other choice.

I dont think its panic buying. Sturridge is a real good player, a livewire, pace and a good finisher and he is still only 23.

Ince was okay when he played for us, since then he has matured and developed into a very decent wide player at Blackpool. His goals and assists are far superior to the overhyped Wilfried Zaha.

His life flashed before him.

There is nothing the FA can do about it. The defender was booked, there's no way the FA can say that's serious enough to add further punishment without completely throwing away their usual excuse for inaction.

But seeing as She Said No's life was put at risk, surely Man United should be putting in a police complaint, or maybe Rio can have a word with a sergeant friend who will complain on their behalf.

I just dont see Sturridge as a "down the middle" striker. He played all his junior football behind a target man. Most of his goals were scored by latching onto half clearances, or balls nodded back by the main striker, on the edge of the box and clinically putting them away. Or running at defenses from deep. He only played a couple of games for City as a single striker and was poor, couldn't play with his back to the goal and just wasn't physical enough. He may have developed that side of his game at Chelsea but I haven't seen it.
