Felt that the booking for Zhirkov was ridiculous, as was letting Gerrard off for clattering into someone from behind minutes later.

Also felt there was a foul on Cole right before he lost the ball for the second goal.

Still, we're top of the league with a superior goal difference. Just need to brush ourselves off, forget about this and get back to winning games.

Today's result is a big feather in his cap. 4 wins in a row now and no one will be complaining right now. But the next three games should make it 7 wins in a row. If that happens then most of the pressure will be off. Liverpool should be in contention for a top 4 place. Then he'll be receiving praise. But if Liverpool only took 5 points from the next three games the questions would be asked again about whether he's the right man for the job.

I will give him credit for playing high line and pressing the ball tactics although its 2 moments of "lady boy" magic that did the damage.
