I am biased (as is everbody). I don't know how you've interpreted it from that post though, i've said although i think Matthews should have won I understand why he didn't. I just think it should have been Hali (who at least should have got some votes) if it wasn't Matthews.

I was under the impression that all awards were voted for before the post-season began.

Falcons WR Roddy White -- 2
Packers QB Aaron Rodgers -- 2
Eagles WR DeSean Jackson -- 2

Ridiculous that Roddy White and DesSean Jackson got 2 votes each and Jammal Charles got zero.

I'd class no other NFL poster on here as biased. I'd the majority give a fair and balanced view. Apart from the Patriots fans who are very confiden and have a right to be.

Didn't you pick a Giants player (Osi?) to be DMVP. A guy who got no votes. Biased?

Picked that after week 8 when he had about 9 sacks. Half yearly awards. At that time he was in the running.

I may be coming across as stupid/naive here, but who actually gets to vote for the MVP and Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year? I know its the general public who vote for the Pro-Bowl but am unsure who votes for these awards.

IIRC it is 50 members of the associated press. (I stand corrected if that is wrong).

When Osi actually bothers to play at his best he is a really good player to be fair.

I agree with the Brady and Polamalu as O and D MVP's.Brady was a no brainer after the season he had and the fact that the Steelers are nowhere near as good a team without TP than they are with him and a lot of the plays he made this year ended up being game changing plays are reasons why he was a good pick this year.Plus the fact that it stopped a Packer winning the award is also a good reason to give it to him
