What a game. We were frankly terrible in the first half, the pause for the storm stopped their momentum and we made a few changes, and they really paid off. Overheard someone say it's one of the greatest Britbowl finals ever, was chuffed to bits at that. We missed the Field Goal with 1 second remaining after, sending us to Overtime, great blocking from the line won us the game.

Final score: Sheffield 39 - 33 Peterborough

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!

Division 2 National Champions

Premiership final is tomorrow, will be watching that. Hopefully the highlights from our game will be up soonish, great TD from the backup QB, rolled out and ended up flipping into the endzone. He's played the last 3 weeks with a broken shoulder as well...

Is it bad that one of the Rams players I'm most excited about this season is the kicker, Greg Zuerlein...? If the guy can stay calm in a pressure situation, we could have one of the best kickers in the league this year.

Terrible from the Raiders last night, Roscoe Parrish needs to be cut after forgetting that he was actually meant to return the punt instead of play with his helmet...

The only bright spots were Criner & Streater getting a total of 3 series, that means they're locks for the roster.

The Raiders may struggle this year, I'm not liking Palmer in the pre-season so far, I don't think it will be lomg before Leinart or Pryor get's a sniff. We had a certain left hander in the 70's who was on the scrap heap and rose to prominence in the Snake. The secondary is bad at cornerback and the linebacking core lacks any real talemt although the drafting of Stupar and Burris will help that down the road. I still think Burress was worth a look and would take us back to the Badass era a little.

The selfish part of me would be happy at this as I've got Gamepass and there'll be a few Rams games that will probably be blacked out.

Not good for the sport in this country though if they're not showing it. Still reckon something will be announced early next week.
