Was watching the Liverpool game in Edinburgh and as soon as Barton got sent off, I instantly thought to myself that I bet Flipper will be scrambling to his keyboard in disgust to post his usual tripe about someone else being sent off against Liverpool and the whole thing being a fixblah blah blah, without stopping to think that it was a reckless two footed lunge that deserved a red.

Not been bothered reading through any of the thread to see what he said, because I'm not a sad act, but if his previous posts have anything to go by then I've probably hit the nail on the head.

the guy (barton not flipper) is a d¡ck of the highest order. how many chances does he want??
apparently he's not the only player upset with shearer though.
as i said yesterday, newcastle have too many lazy, sub-standard, dead wood players and relegation will give them the perfect excuse and means to get rid.

I blame the coaches just as much for buying him lets face it everybody has known for a while that he is a loose cannon, they have taken a chance on somebody with limited talent its not as if he is even worth the risk if he was a "great" player i might be able to understand it

Yeh Barton was one of Allardyce's buys.

Along with the others -

Smith, Cacapa and Rozenhal.

It wouldnt surprise me if he ended up at Blackburn with Allardyce

If i remember correctly, Blackburn were one of the few clubs that expressed an interest when he joined us.

He and El Hadji Diouf could be room mates.
