Talking of racism, managed to speak to a mate of mine over the weekend and he tells me that Everton's official forums have been shut down due to racism on there. Can't say I'm surprised , Jo and Saha were those targeted.

Not saying it doesn't go on at Everton, but it shouldn't be made out that other clubs don't have similar problems.

Restraint you expect from an adult and football supporters. FFS.

What next? Away fans being excused for ripping up seats and throwing them at home fans because the home supporters near the segregation line celebrated.

Who has excused the supporters? They are responsible for their actions. Adebayor is responsible for his.

What is incitement?

Action deliberately taken with the intention of inciting.

If teh fans don't react, is it still incitement?

Yes.

If the FA ban Adebayor on the grounds of improper conduct, it will set a dangerous precedent. If this actually took place in a court, the charges would fail, without doubt.

I'm not a legal expert, unlike you, but what is the difference between Adebayor's behaviour and screaming "Fire" in a crowded room?

If you walk past a group who are being spoken to by the police and suggest that they outnumber the cops and should all run for it, do you think you'll be arrested and charged or not? I'd suggest you will.

I'm sure all clubs have racist fans, that cannot be helped. If you're on about the bit where I put a wink, I was just joking, hence the wink.

Is Sneijder fit? He was stretchered off for the Oranje t'other week. Anyway, I think this will go either way, either Inter will pull it off or they'll get ruined by Barca.

I think the Milito/Eto'o partnership will trouble Barca a lot, they have an industrious midfield that will have to do their best to shut Barca down. Should be good, I think Barca will win myself, 2-0, Henry double.

Played against Parma at the weekend, gonna go for 3-2 Inter.

Which of the following should be punished:

What is the acceptable running distance, and what is the relevant context in which it is allowed?

Gary Neville got a ban and all he did was turn around and kiss his badge.

Adebayor will probably get two matches for his celebration. Despite looking back he will probably agree it was a stupid mistake, in the heat of the moment after scoring an important goal for his new club against a team who's fans treated him like $hit, you can't blame him. I'd have probably done the same. The mindless tw*t who threw the coin needs to be banned and locked up.

Clattenberg is a Grade A fool, how he is still refereeing at the top level is beyond me.

When Torres scored against United last season and I'm pretty sure he slid on his knees in the corner, is that inciting the fans?

What about Gerrard kissing the camera?

It wound me up. But there again, that might have just been him scoring.

The camera man is still recovering.

That clearly didn't incite the fools sat in the front row with their cameras.
