Saw Liverpool and Citys away kits for the first time today.

WTF are they both thinking, Liverpool = blue and white, City = red and black. Any other colours would have been better. Strange.

Saw Liverpool shirt a while ago. Made me think Coventry/City/Inter away.
City's third shirt is smart.

City wearing red and black is nothing new, been done many times over the years....However, the Liverpool one is a right howler, definitely a case of a sponsor riding roughshod over a club's fans feelings.

Then again, just to prove its nothing new, back in 1985 when Everton won the Cup Winners Cup final, Neville Southall was wearing a nice bright RED goalie top!!!!....

Don't get me wrong, nice kits in their own right. But why choose the exact colours of your main city rivals? Makes no sense to me.

City wore red and black in the 1969 cup final. My first City scarf was red & black. Its been brought back as a tribute to Allison & Young (and now Mick Doyle).

Men are "drama queens" when it comes to football, say sports scientists, who claim it actually takes them 30 seconds longer than women to get up after they have been fouled because they are looking for attention.

Media space filling nonsense offered by "scientists".

I had a fight last night. Because I'm so awesomely tough it took me 5 minutes to recover from my injuries.

Haye and Klitschco also had a fight last night. They'll take weeks, maybe months to recover.

So therefore, I'm clearly of a superior strength and fitness to two of the hardest men on the planet.
