Tell you who else looked good, and I thought he looked good in England at times as well. The Ecuadorian City sold to Levante, I know his name, I just can't be bothered spelling it. He's always looked a real handful when I've seen him, but obviously not as big a handful as Santa Cruz.

Caicedo. Liked the look of him at Malaga but scored more goals at Levante. I'd be amazed if he's still there next year as I heard City are keen to sell him and Levante don't have a penny.

I thought Levante signed him for an agreed fee with the loan? They'll still sell him like.

In Argentina River Plate are staring relegation in the face after they lost 2-0 in the first leg of their relegation playoff. It's amazing considering Argentinas relegation system is designed to stop it from happening to the big clubs, River finished 9th in this years Clausura.

Young will do well at United. But, is the 15 m.p reported fee abit dear, considering he'd cost nowt in a years time?

Good player though, with alot of potential. Two good feet, good dribbler and can cross a ball. Gives United alot if options next season.

I'm surprised Robbie hasn't been on here yet posting about clubs over paying for English players in the last year of their contract

It's a big fee, especially with only having 12 months left but he will be an excellent signing for United, he'll go well with good pace, a good cross, he scores goals and can take players on. Causes loads of problems in the box too. Good signing.

I reckon his link-up play and understanding with Rooney will be second to none. Could prove to be a formidable partnership.
