So, has anyone actually seen much of this Marveaux? free transfer apparently, another good bit of business. Are things looking up at SJP?

He's been injured for 10 months hasn't he so I doubt many have seen much of him recently?

Abstract failure in major tournaments. Seems like the next generation of England footballers is safe and in position to disappoint the nation.

And so you aim towards the sky,
And you'll rise high today,
Fly away, Far away,
Far from pain....

You really don't have a clue do you, you've never seen Felli play because he's absolutely brilliant. He's a class player and to be honest if he left us he'd go somewhere better than Spurs. You do realise he isn't a striker?

Exactly.....Feillani is much too good for Spurs.....I think its pretty obvious from the noises his camp are making, that they are aiming a lot higher than White Hart Lane.

Personally, I would be surprised if Wenger isn't interested.....Arsenal are crying out for a top midfielder in the Vierra mould, and Feillani is as close to the Frenchman as there is at the moment.

Also Real Madrid would kill for a top midfielder like him, so it wouldn't surprise me to see Mouriniho having a sniff around as well.

But Spurs????.....Not a chance....

Behave yourself, I'm not fan of Everton, but he's a top player.

Speaking from experience, you don't appreciate just how good he is until you see him live.

  Spot on, he'd fit into most sides around Europe but he'd be brilliant for a top Premier League side. He'd be another Viera at Arsenal, he's that type of player and he has the ability to be a top top player in this league. As you say, Wenger is desperate for someone like Fellaini in that midfield.

He'd go well for Chelsea too, Essien isn't what he used to be and Felli could slot straight into that side.

Exactly mate. It's like we were discussing about Modric, you watch him or Felli play live it's only then you appreciate how good they actually are.

Do give over with the Fellaini love in. He's a good player, but ready to fill Essien's boots? Unless he suddenly gains stupendous speed, athleticism and versatility, he'll never be able to fill his boots. Essien struggled this season, but I personally believe Guus will have him right back to the level he was at, where he was probably the most dynamic midfielder in Europe.

Now, before the toffees say drivel like "you've never seen him live", I have, twice, and I can appreciate his ability and the advancements in his game, but he'll never be an elite-level midfielder, which some seem to think he already is. He's a good player, but seems to lack that 'something' in most areas of his game to make him truly top drawer.
