I actually think Troy Smith is a good QB. You dont win the Heisman without being a good player, and he is definately better than Alex Smith.
He was the starting Ravens QB until he got ill otherwise Flacco would have sat for longer. He is pretty short but that doesn't stop other QB's. He's decent at passing and he's got good scrambling ability.
