Not at all. I dislike the Patriots as an organisation and Bellichick since they are proven cheats. I don't have anything against the players any more than i dislike players from any other team.

His average yards per pass is 5.9 29th in the league. His completion percentage is 27th in the league at 55%. His passer rating is 69.9, 25th in the league. He threw as many INT's as TD's. 1st down percentage is 26%, 31st in the league.
Basically his stats are the same or worse than Marc Bulger. If you consider Bulger a bad QB, Cassell also is. Not just based on stats but his accuracy is pretty poor and he seems to just check the ball down. He is bad.
If he can pick it up, fair play to him, but he is vastly overated, had too high a trade value (he is no better than Thigpen), and is vastly overpaid.
