wouldn't have thought so given Suarez has not made any sort of attempt at an apology to Evra regarding the original offence whether it was meant to offend / carry racist overtone or not

When is Evra going to have the good grace to apologise for being black?? How much more inflammatory does he have to be to get an FA ban??

In all seriousness, this episode and subsequent apologies (however half-ar$ed they are) just go to vindicate the FA commission in believing that Suarez and his ludicrous defence couldn't be trusted. If he's lied to his own manager and club then he's more than likely to have lied to the FA commission isn't he?
