They already have. They said on the Sky coverage that the view on it from the Liverpool dressing room was that Evra caused it by offering his hand then pulling it away at the last minute and that Suarez was a victim of a false allegation of refusing a handshake. Then Gary Neville said that this highlighted one of the benefits of Sky's coverage, that there are 40 million cameras everywhere and that they didn't lie.

Just seen this on Facebook, sounds fairly accurate to me:

"Evra withdraws his hand, then offers it again as Suarez takes his past, making it look like Suarez refused. Perfected the victim card."

There's a fairly reliable picture on there to support this arguement though I don't know how to post it.

Don't let this small fact get in the way of 'reliable' evidence.

Radio/TV/Internet/Newspaper reporters all saw what happened on the video footage and came to the conclusion that Suarez refused the handshake, yet it still isn't their fault.

You're entitled to you're opinion but you're making yourself look foolish and I don't think you are at all. Mind you, I find it hard to believe that anyone could read the entire document, call Suarez innocent and mean it.

On YouTube for those who want to see it again. If asked to interpret it I would agree with the comment that Suarez offered his hand but not to Evra.

"Luis Suarez Patrice Evra Handshake Incident 11/02/12" gives a better angle. I don't want to be one of the conspiracy theorists because I think Suarez didn't shake his hand on purpose, but it does look like Evra moves his hand down a little bit before Suarez moves in
