Interesting comments from David Pipe in the last few days.

It seems Grands Crus's participation in the Gold Cup hinges on whether Kauto Star makes it or not.

A shame really, as I think he can beat Kauto and Long Run.

Anyone know what's happened to Spirit Son? Looked a prospect staying on gamely in last years Supreme but have seen nowt of him this season. Presuming he's had a setback of some sort?

Hills going 6/1 tomorrow on Oscar Whiskey as their offer. Must be decent e/w value in that even though I cant see Bucks getting beat if he does surely it'll be Oscar Whiskey.

Pretty odd year to be honest with so many horses still uncertain as to which race they'll enter.

Peddlers Cross going for the Jewson is very poor for a horse that almost won the Champion Hurdle last year.
