Hard to say, Anderson on form on home wickets would be a massive loss, the Anderson that played down under last time is no loss.

He seems to have improved for me, I've never been a big fan but will be interested to see how he gets on down there this time.

How many tests did he play in '06??.....1 or 2??....Wasn't Mahmood ahead of him in the pecking order back then?

Peresonally, I'm a fan of Anderson's, but think his task in Australia will be a difficult one in that he will be the workhorse in the pack, on wickets and in conditions that probably won't suit him.

He played in 3 tests in 06/7 and took 5 wickets, he was left out of the 2 and 3rd tests in favour of Mahmood.

Obviously that was a difficult tour for the bowlers and his role should be a bit different this time.
