srill think Scholes can hack those games. the liverpool midfeild were obviously under strict instructions to close the mifeild pair down quickly something they did very well.
Anderson hasnt got the experiance yet and tends to try to do to much and play the miricle ball.
Scholes is not fast enough to compete in games against sides like Liverpool or Chelsea. That was made clear yesterday, Lucas owned him, which is frankly, embarrassing.
An attempted miracle ball is what we needed, Anderson has a spark about him, he'd have attempted to get a through ball for Rooney or Berbatov instead passing it sideways. I know he aint the best finisher in the world, but he would have had some shots and at least made Reina make a save. He's been class lately, he should've been given an opportunity.

Liverpool beat us twice last year anyway and made not a differance to the destination of the title, no harm done, just a minor blip
No harm done! Are you joking?
Obviously winning the title is the most important thing, but two other things you want to happen in a season is to beat City and to beat the Scousers. Losing to them three times in a row is awful and gutting. The worst thing is that we don't even play well against them or show any gut and determination.

yes losing to Liverpool is an issue but the main issue is the league and as long as we win that then i couldnt really crae who we lose to, we have the last laugh cause we win the league, theres a long way to go and the premier league title can go to maybe 4 or maybe 5 places but if we win the league then i wouldnt be bothered if we lost to Liverpool.
i dont like losing to liverpool especially having a liverpool fan for a sister but i have hag gloating when they beat us last year twice but we won the league so i had the last laugh.
Scholes never had the chance to play, Lucas and Macherano didnt give Scholes or Carrick the room to play and Anderson wouldnt have been able to have dealt with them closing dow quickly either.
i still think that Scholes and Giggs are still the best we have in midfeild they might be 35 but Nani isnt in the same league as Giggs and Scholes is still one of the most accurate passes of the ball in the league.

I've never known a United fan to be not bothered when we've lost to them lot. Beating them is a big priority in the season.

Carrick was our best player, he was able to ship the ball around. The fact that Scholes couldn't get into the game is a sign that he aint quick enough for the big games, Anderson is a lot faster than both Carrick and Scholes, so would've been able to get the ball down, and get it shipped out, or get a through ball into the forwards before Lucas could get to him. Anderson would've also helped keep Benayoun quiet.

Giggs has had a good season, there's no doubt about that, but yesterday he was anonymous. He cannot play in the same side as Scholes. Scholes may well be a good passer of the ball, but he can only do that when he is given the time, and he can't get that against the top sides. Sadly, his best days are behind him. Giggs still has a lot to offer, but he cannot play every game. Nani hasn't done too badly this season, just some of his decision making at times has been wrong, but that will only improve over time.
If we were to name our strongest line up at the moment, Scholes would not be in it.

winning the league though is the only thing i care about other people might care about losing to Liverpool and i was angry that we had lost but winning the league is the only thing i care about really. they are big rivals but whats the point in them beating us if it doesnt lead to anything like last season.

Maybe your right Scholes maybe can'r play at that big level anymore in the big games maybe he can maybe he just had a bad day. Anderson for me and his decision making is in question for me maybe that will improve, i can't see him better than Scholes though.

theres no doubt Scholes and Giggs cant play every game maybe Fergie thought we needed the experiance in the big game and it didnt pay off the way he thought it would. i really don't like Nani he is like Ronaldo was when he arrived greedy and tries to take to many on, Ronaldo developed his game and had the skill to do it. Nani hasnt changed since he arrived he rates himself to highly and isnt nearlly as good as he thinks he is, he always loses the ball trying to take 5 players on.
the sooner we get him shipped out the better for me.

Where's the little Serb on the left disappeared to?
He got in the Premier League Team of the Year on the FIFA season I've just finished, and that was after only 4 sub appearances.
It doesn't look like his is going to play against Barnsley tomorrow night either, Fergie has said that Obertan is ready to make his senior debut on the left.

as long as we win the league ast the end of the season thats all i care about.
Only been two goals mate, not as if he terrorised them all game was it? Ill give him the game at OT, but Torres himself said he wasnt great on sunday, the goal had more to do with the great ball frm Benayoun and Van der sar not coming out, sometimes you have to applaud great play.
