Is is just me or am I being thick?

This morning I put a bet on Adelaide v Perth, under 1.5 goals. Reason I did this was because William Hill were about 15 minutes behind, despite showing coverage of the game.

And with 3 minutes to go (about 15 to go on William Hill), it was 1-0 with the odds at 8/15 for under 1.5. So I put a tenner on to get rid of one of my promotional bets and make a small profit.

Game finished 1-0 yet on my statement, it says returns £0. And the game finished over 2 hours ago.

Now I'm positive I have won or am I just being thick

I've just spoke to them and they have now deposited my winnings in my account. It took her about half an hour to sort it out, all she needed to look at was my statement and the final score of the game

Got my money for the weekend now

Haydock - 2.40 - Campanologist has banker written all over it for me.

The Godolphin string are in tremendous form at the moment with six winners and two seconds from their last 8 runners, interesting then that Frankie heads to Haydock to ride just the one for Godolphin as opposed to riding four or five with lively chances at Newmarket for his employers.

A tip in itself!

Also watch out for Battlemaiden in the first at Newmarket, the stable has introduced two really good looking two year olds in the last few days Atlantis Star which bolted up at Ponte by six lengths easing down and Al Zir last night winning what looked a pretty hot maiden by an easy 4 lengths. With the benefit of an encouraging debut run this one could go well.
