For example:
Blackpool FC will probably win the Champions League in two years is different from I think Blackpool will win the Champions League in two years.

I know you were expressing an opinion. So was Mark. The difference was yours was 'right' in your head and his was 'wrong' when you were both doing exactly the same thing - expressing an opinion. You are quite arrogant though so it 'probably' came across worse than it was intended.
