I'd compare Arizona with Warrington. Every year it's "this is the year that Arizona/Warrington make a push for the top/this is the year of the wolf, etc" and it never materialises. Last season the Cardinals made the Superbowl, this season Warrington make the Challenge Cup Final.

There are many teams interested apparently, although ultimately it would be an owners decision due to the severity of his conviction, many teams could use him.
