His record is impressive, but it's only 2.5 minutes long.

I'd be a bit worried if he was thrown into the job at Chelsea so young and inexperienced. Let's not forget that the Chelsea squad has seen off Mourinho, Scolari and Ancelotti.

Is Roman really going to give him the freedom to run the club in a manner that he sees fit, and the time and freedom to make mistakes? I doubt it, so I have a bad feeling if it's him.

Nah, his bitterness and hatred for United started breaking through when we spanked them out of the cup in the Kings first game.

In my opinion, there are only three men Chelsea can go for - Hiddink, Mourinho or Mourinho mkII. Hiddink appears to be able to work with Abramovich so would be a logical choice. For Mourinho to return, it would take a lot of begging to get him back and I'm not sure Abramovich would be prepared to do that. As for Mourinho mkII, like LGJM said, would Abramovich allow him to run the club how he wanted? I'd hate to see him go there and have his managerial career affected due to having to work under certain restrictions and potentially not being given the amount of time required.

Mourinho has already started buying and selling players for next season. Can't see him leaving Madrid.
