When Tevez leaves in the summer, City will need a top class player to fill the massive void that will be there, considering the huge impact that Tevez has had....A fully fit and motivated Torres would be a more than ample replacement.
The bonus with Torres is that you get a proven Premiership striker, something which the likes of Dzeko and Suarez are not, despite their huge reputations....Just remember, for every Torres, there are countless Kezman's, who turn up with all the credentials and end up being absolute bobbins.
